Dear keen friends of OK. Video Festival,

OK. Video FLESH – 5th International Jakarta Video Festival has nearly ended. In this opportunity, we would like to share our joy and relief for once again we have been able to present this remarkable festival. It was always pleasurable to arrange and carry out this festival and, yes, the course was never an easy one. Thus we humbly apologize for any inconvenient and miscarriage which might have been presented.

The opening itself, on 6 October 2011, was attended by more than 400 people and continue to attract many visitors during its program, both at Galeri Nasional Indonesia as well as at several public spaces in Jakarta. This year’s festival proudly features more than 150 video works from more than 130 artists from 30 countries as well as 6 compilation program and collaboration with more than 15 partners. We truly hope that the festival could achieve its missions which were to grow its networking, promote young video artists, foster public awareness in video art and improve the growth of Indonesian video art scene.
